Article 1: General provisions

The e-commerce website of the non-profit organization Cantabile Piano Competition with registered office at 9120 Beveren, Prosper van Raemdonckstraat, (Enterprise number: 424290965), RPR Dendermonde, offers its customers the possibility to purchase the products from its webshop online.

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every order placed by a visitor of this e-commerce website (“Customer”). By placing an order through the webshop of Cantabile Piano Competition, the Customer explicitly accepts these Terms, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Terms, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional terms of the Customer are excluded, unless they have been accepted in advance, in writing, and explicitly by Cantabile Piano Competition.

Article 2: Price

All prices mentioned are in EURO, always inclusive of VAT and any other taxes or charges that the Customer must bear.

If delivery, reservation, or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately. The price indication refers exclusively to the items as described in words. The accompanying photos are intended for decoration and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer

Despite the utmost care taken in compiling the online catalog and e-commerce website, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Cantabile Piano Competition. Cantabile Piano Competition is only bound to a best-effort obligation concerning the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Cantabile Piano Competition is in no way liable for manifest material errors, typographical or printing errors.

If the Customer has specific questions about the product, delivery time, or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact Cantabile Piano Competition beforehand.

The offer is always valid while stocks last and may be adjusted or withdrawn by Cantabile Piano Competition at any time. Cantabile Piano Competition cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Article 4: Online purchases

Online purchases are made through bank cards.

Cantabile Piano Competition is entitled to refuse an order following a serious shortcoming of the Customer regarding orders in which the Customer is involved.

The purchase amount (for competition registration, membership fees, and products) cannot be refunded.

Article 5: Delivery and performance of the agreement

Items ordered through this webshop are delivered digitally or by post.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative defect of an article or other shortcomings in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Cantabile Piano Competition.
